Basic Money Tips For Financial Success


A lot of people have no idea where their money is going & get caught in an never ending trap:

• if they spend too much,they can't save
• if they can't save,then they can invest
• if they can't invest ,they end up broke

People often give the most imaginative reasons for spending now & delaying saving,but reality situations don't lie.Here i attach some basic money tips for financial success.I hope everyone ,include me will take these tips to heart & will have a solid foundation for financial well being.

1.Save 10 percent from our income

Means put away at least 10% of our income as part of our long term saving plans.It is a good chance to secure our future financial.

2. Don't lose money

We can enjoy our life as usual,with friend and family,however if we want to have a financial success in future we can't afford to lose money.Lose money can happen when we trust the wrong people to invest our money ,such as:invest in illegal scheme;Skim Cepat Kaya or illegal unit trust.

3.Beware of plastic

Store cards & credit cards may be convenient,but they are also a faster way to increase your debt.One golden rules of financial planning success is paying your most expensive debts ,in other words pay credit cards first.If pay late,then bank will charged a punishing rates which is high rates of interest.From my opnion better we not apply this plastic cards,but if we want to apply it ,better keep or use it during emergency cases only.

4.Continue to save each year

For me if we can save regulary,we will feel our life are under control & can look to the future confident if one day we meet unexpected emergencies problem.Istiqamah,put less but continue each month rather than put large amount but stop halfway.

5.Pay zakat,sadaqah or donation

I belief this , where the barakah or berkat of our income.As muslim this will make us different from other religion.Most people will pay for zakat fitrah,but they will forget to give zakat pendapatan or sadaqah if they receive more money ,i.e bonus.We should forget poor people if we get more because part of our money have their money.

Last but not least be a grateful person.If we get less income compare to our frenz ,it doesn't means that we lose,maybe this is the beginning of how we manage our money.Take my father words as key in my life when I start my work with small salary and middle position,father said"By getting a small salary,you will able to manage your salary better and appreciate it in future".

"It is not how much money your make each month that counts ,but it is how you show you thank to Allah and manage the money will determine who you are in future"

Long Journey

For almost 2 month ago, me,maifuza and azizan are invited to go our diploma economic (KISDAR)classmates(khalid) wedding receptions.After long time we haven't seen each other,i can consider this is a big& nice gift for me.Alhamdulillah.Eventhough angah,fiza and syakir cannot come because of their own privacy matters,but they all still in our memories.

Be as a pionner in diploma economic from 1999-2002 at kisdar,give us a big challenging,sweet & sour situations we faced together.After long journey,only 7 of us still maintain in this class,from there we become a good friends,learn,study and discuss together.. Now,everyone have their own duty and responsibilities;khalid& syakir as husband ,fuza,azizan& me in a finance sector,angah doing nursing and fiza in education sector.Hopefully all of us is always in Allah blessing.. A sweet memory that can't be forget..Ukhwah Fillah abadan abada'
